RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE OTTO PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE ‘A SECTION 7, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel and one (1) outlot land division was
submitted by Donald Otto for the property located along Long Lake Road and Scenic View Drive in the
NE 114 of Section 7, Town ofNorway, on April 1, 1998, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with future street
patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a two (2)
parcel and one (1) outlot land division ofthe Otto property, located in the NE 1/4 of Section 17, Town of
Plan Department
