PCR1998048AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 048-98 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE MW MARTNE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S63 W13951 COLLEGE AVENUE WHEREAS, Plans were submitted for a storage parking expansion and two (2) additional SO’ X 100’ storage buildings to the existing building, site and operation plan of the MW Marine property at S63 W13951 College Avenue by the owners on March 23, 1998, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, Industrial Park, and the existing operation conforms to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The existing operation includes an outdoor storage area, an 80’ X 60’ metal storage building, and two (Z), 60’ X 104’ metal storage buildings, and WHEREAS, The plans submitted propose an expansion of the paved storage area and the addition of two (2), 50’ X 100’ metal storage buildings THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for a storage parking expansion and two (2) additional 50’ X 100’ storage buildings at the property located at S63 W13951 College Avenue, for MW Marine. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That site drainage plans are to be submitted and approved prior to building permits being issued. Additional lighting must be submitted for approval by Staff Hot asphalt installed on access drive path in parking areas by building.
