PCR1998047AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 047-98 PUFALPROPERTYLOCATEDAT S78 W18155 LIONS PARKDRIVE APPROVAL OF A MOTHER-IN-LAWFAMILY UNIT FOR THE WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Thomas Berken for a mother-in-law/family unit at the Pufal property located at the vacant address parcel of S78 W18155 Lions Park Drive, and WHEREAS, A mother-in-lawlfamily unit is a permitted accessory use subject to the conditions placed under Section 8.01 (7) B.14, requiring a notification of neighboring parcels within 100 feet of the property and limiting the size of said structure to 800 square feet, and WHEREAS, Neighboring parcels within 100 feet of the vacant addressed parcel of S78 W18155 Lions Park Drive have been notified and said plans indicate that said unit would not exceed 800 square feet, and WHEREAS, The circulation layout is that of a sliding pocket door from a hallway that leads to the garage and a separate rear entry exterior exit. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of mother-in- law/family unit for the Pufal property located at the vacant address parcel of S78 W18155 Lions Park Drive subject to nonlockable door being installed between the kitchen and garage hallway. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
