RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL BY THE PLAN COMMISSION OF AN
EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING A TWO (2) LOT LAND
DIVISION IN THE SE 114 OF SECTION 12 TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was submitted by
Mike Stach, for the Kiefer property, located in the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Norway, on
March 27, 1998, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers
ofthe City ofMuskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with future
street patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
