APPROVAL OF THE TEMPORARY PARKING OF A STORAGE TRAILER ON A
RESLDENTIAL LOT
WHEREAS, A request for the parking of a storage trailer on a vacant property during
construction of a primary residence was submitted on February 18, 1998, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.04 (4) G, restricts the parking of commercial trailers to commercial
and industrial properties, except where specified under Section 6.04 (4) G.6.
WHEREAS, Said section does allow the Plan Commission to permit the parking of trucks
and equipment generally considered commercial or industrial in nature and not related to an
agricultural use, and
WHERAS, Said area is zoned Agricultural
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the temporary
parking of a storage trailer from March 17, 1998 to September 17, 1998 at the property located in
the SE '/4 of Section 34.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That after rough construction inspection the trailer 0 must be removed from premises.
