PCR1998033RESOLUTION P.C. 033-98 APPROVAL OF AN ANNUAL CONDITIONAL USE GRANT REVIEW TO ALLOW TWO (2) MINI-STORAGE WAREHOUSES FOR GEORGE ALEX AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S98 W12682/86 LOOMIS ROAD TAX KEY #2257.984 WHEREAS, Formal Building, Site and Operation Plans and a Conditional Use Grant application were submitted to the Planning Department by George Alex for two (2) mini-storage warehouses for the property located at S98 W12682/86 Loomis Road on November 4, 1994, and WHEREAS, As a Conditional Use Grant and Building, Site and Operation plan was adopted by the Plan Commission for two mini-storage warehouse for the property located at S98 W12682/86 for George Alex under Resolution #P.C. 227-94 on December 20, 1994, and WHEREAS, Building #1 includes 34 - 10' x 20' spaces and 8 - 5' x 10' spaces, and building #2 includes 18 - 10' x 20' spaces, and WHEREAS. Conditions of approval included: 1, Beginning in March of 1996, a yearly review shall be conducted to insure the development is maintained. 2. No outside storage ofvehicles, equipment, goods or materials. 3. No vehicle repair or restoration activities. 4. No manufacturing, assembly or materials and goods distribution operations. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the Annual Conditional Use Grant Review and the Building, Site, and Operation plan by George Alex and that the Building, Site and Operation Plan dated received November 18, 1994, be kept on file in the Building Department. e BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the petitioner must apply for an additional review prior to the second Plan Commission meeting scheduled for March of 1999, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the conditions of this Building, Site and Operation Plan shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
