PCR1998026APPRO IVA AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 26-98 L OF A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLA LN FOR A TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE FOR WAYNE GASEK AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOT 14, PARK ESTATATES SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Plans for a two-family residence for Wayne Gasek was submitted by Mr, Gasek at the property located at Lot 14, Park Estates Subdivision, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-l/OPD, Suburban Residence with a Planned Development Overlay, and said use is a permitted use subject to Plan Commission approval of building, site and operation plans, and WHEREAS, The plans show a two story colonial with a symmetrical facade with a garage on each end, the front elevation comprised of one-third brick and two-thirds wood siding and the remaining three elevations all vinyl siding, the parcel would be accessed by two (2) drives off of Pasadena Drive. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the building, site and operation plan submitted (received February 20, 1998) by Wayne Gasek for a two-family residence for the property located at Lot 14, Park Estates Subdivision. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if occupancy is requested prior to the completion of landscaping and/or asphalting, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to twice the value of said costs must be submitted to the Planning Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
