REQUEST FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR THE
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
W208 S815 1 HILLENDALE DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 23-98
WHEREAS, On May 20, 1997 the Plan Commission approved of a Certified Survey Map
for a two (2) lot land division for Rufus and Merle Lowe for the property located in the NE 'A of
Section 18, at W208 S8151 HillendaleDrive, and
WHEREAS, A condition of approval and statement placed on the Certified Survey Map
was that the existing pole barn be decreased to no larger than 1 172 square feet within 60 days of
adoption of the resolution by the Plan Commission, and
I WHEREAS, To date, said structure has not been reduced, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is asking to extend the date placed on the face of the CSM to
no later than September 1, 1998.
I THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves time extension to
! I reduce the size ofthe existing pole barn to 1,172 square feet by September 1, 1998.
