PCR1998019RESOLUTION #P.C. 19-98 APPROVAL. OF GROUND SIGN FOR FOREST HOME ENTERPRISES, AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S63 W 13 187 JANESVLLE ROAD WHEREAS, Plans for ground sign by Forest Home Enterprises, was submitted for TLC Salons at S63 W13187 Janesville Road on February 23, 1998, and WHEREAS, The ground sign would be two (2) sided, 20 square feet and would be illuminated, framed by two brick pedestals along Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2/00S Suburban Residence with an Office Specialty Service Overlay and said signage conforms with the requirements of Section 6.09 of the Zoning Ordinance and requires Plan Commission approval prior to the issuance of a building and zoning permit, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a ground sign with two (2) sides, 20 square feet and would be illuminated, framed by two brick pedestals along Janesville Road, for Forest Home Enterprises at the property located at S63 W13187 Janesville Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sign plans are approved as submitted and a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
