APPROVAL OF THE PLAN COMMISSION TO ADOPT
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO DESIGN MANUAL AS A REFERENCE SOURCE FOR
FUTURE DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, Under direction of the Plan Commission and Planning Department of the
City of Muskego the Muskego Design Manual was developed to serve as a reference source in
guiding and reviewing hture development for citizens, developers and Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, Said manual sets the minimum design standards for building, site and
operation plans that are to be submitted to the City for more complete and accurate Planning Staff
and Plan Commission review, and
WHEREAS, Said manual is prepared under the authority of Section 62.23 of the
Wisconsin State Statutes and Chapter 17, Section 6.11 of the City of Muskego Zoning Ordinance
being deemed necessary to promote the public health, safety, morals and welfare of the City of
Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission adopt the City of Muskego
Design Manual to be used as a reference source for guiding and reviewing hture development for
citizens, developers and Plan Commission members of the City of Muskego.
