PCR1997242RESOLUTION #P.C. 242-97 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A ONE (1) LOT LAND DIVISION AND A ONE (1) LOT RECONFIGURATION/ EXPANSION FOR THE BUSHBERGEIUKURER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE '/4 OF SECTION 14 (TAX KEY NO. 2213.995 AND 2213.999) WHEREAS, a certified survey map was submitted by Lynn Kurer for the property located in them 'A of Section 14 on December 5, 1997, and WHEREAS, The certified survey map is for a one (1) lot land division that was approved as a sketch under Resolution #P.C. 225-97 on November 18, 1997, and the certified survey map also shows a one (1) lot reconfiguration and expansion for the property directly southeast, and WHEREAS, Both properties are zoned RS-2, single family Suburban Residence but do not have City sewer service available and will access onto Durham Drive, WHEREAS, Said parcels appear to meet the minimum zoning requirements for a none sewered RS-2 parcel. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval of the Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land division and a one (1) lot reconfiguratiodexpansion in the NE '/4 of Section 14 of the BushbergerKurer Property subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-112'' diskette).
