PCR1997236AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 236-97 APPROVAL TO AMEND A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR WIZA INDUSTRIES AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S82 W18792 GEMINI DRIVE WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved of an amendment to a building, site and operation plan for a 150 X 170 foot addition to the property located at S82 W18792 Gemini Drive under Resolution #P.C. 157-96, and WHEREAS, The finished construction included a buried roof conductor that channeled roof drainage to the Mercury Drive storm water drainage ditch and this detail was not included on the original site plan amendment approved under Resolution #P.C. 157-96, and WHEREAS, Roofing Consultants submitted plans on November 12, 1997, to include the roof conductor THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of an amended building, site and operation plan for Wiza Industries at the property located at S82 W18792 Gemini Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in ttie Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the pipe will be painted brown or gray. Landscaping to the north and south of the pipe exiting the building needs Staff approval.
