APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING A
LOCATED IN THE SE % SECTION 5
RESOLUTION #P.C. 234-97
TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR VID-COM ENGINEERING AT THE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved of a Certified Survey Map for a two (2) Lot
land division in the SE 114 of Section 5 for Vid-Corn Engineering, Inc., under Resolution #PC.
120-97, on June 3, 1997, and
WHEREAS, A condition of approval was that a 60 foot diameter temporary cul-de-sac at
the end of Adrian Drive be approved by the Public Works Committee and constructed prior to the
issuance of any occupancy permits for Parcels 1 and 2 of this CSM, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting to amend the conditions of approval to allow for
the issuance of occupancy for the residence built on Parcel 1 and that the temporary cul-de-sac be
installed in spring.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of an amendment
to Resolution #P.C. 120-97, to allow for the issuance ofoccupancy for the residence being built
on Parcel 1, prior to the completion of a temporary cul-de-sac.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That occupancy will be allowed prior to construction
of the temporary cul-de-sac subject to a cash deposit in the amount of construction be deposited
with the City. Cash amount will be determined by City Staff and City Engineers with approval by
Public Works.
