PCR1997233* RESOLUTION #P.C. 233-97 APPROVAL OF A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR VANDOM, LTD., AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WOODS ROAD AND RACTNE AVENUE WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved of a conceptual building, site and operation plan under Resolution #P.C. 223-97, and WHEREAS, Plans were submitted for review for a final building, site and operation plan for a one story medical office building by Vandom Ltd., at the property located at the southeast corner of Woods Road and Racine Avenue, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned B-I, Neighborhood Convenience District and said district permits business, professional office or public service buildings not exceeding 1,000 square feet of primary floor area, and WHEREAS, The plans show a 1,450 square foot brick medical office building with asphalt shingles which consist of 882 square feet of primary floor area, and WHEREAS, The plans include proposed landscaping, parking, lighting, drainage and signage. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of a building, site and operation plan for a one story medical ofice building totaling 1,450 square feet at the property located at the southeast corner of Woods Road and Racine Avenue. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Planning Department until final plans are submitted for a Building, Site and Operation before the Plan Commission.
