RECOMMENDATlON OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE MATUZEK PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NW % SECTION 16, TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division was submitted by Debbie
Matuzek for the property located along South Wind Lake Road in the NW 1/4 of Section 16, Town of
Norway, on July 1, 1997, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with hture street
patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town ofNorway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating a two (2)
lot land division of the Matuzek property, located in the NW 114 of Section 16, Town of Norway.
