PCR1997225RESOLUTION #P.C. 225-97 APPROVAL OF A ONE (1) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE BUSHBERGER AND KURER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE Vi OF SECTION 14 (TAX KEY NO. 2213.999) WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on November 7, 1997, for a one (1) lot land division in the NE Vi of Section 14, for the Bushberger and Kurer property, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned a nonsewered RS-2, Suburban Residence District and requires a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 220 feet and said parcels appear to meet said requirements, and WHEREAS, Access will be off of Durham Drive and proposed parcel will not have access to city sewer or water, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a one (1) lot land division in the NE Vi of Section 14 of the Bushberger and Kurer property subject to the delineation of any wetland and floodplain boundaries and prior to the building permits being issued grading and drainage plans must be submitted for review and approval; all being accomplished prior to the approval of the Certified Survey Map.
