PCR1997224RESOLUTION #P.C. 224-97 APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A ONE (1) LOT RECONFIGURATIONEXPANISON OF THE BENSON AND GRAVES PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE ’/n OF SECTION 7 (TAX KEY NO. 2188.995.001) WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot reconfiguratiodexpansion of the Benson and Graves property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 7 was submitted by Metropolitan Engineering on November 7, 1997, and WHEREAS, Said property would be zoned RS-I/RCE, Suburban Residence and Country Estate, and would be in compliance with both zoning districts, and WHEREAS, Said property would extend an additional 100 feet on the northeast property line and an additional 150 feet on the southwest property line, and WHEREAS, The area being expanded upon is a remnant portion of the Graves CSM, previously approved by the Plan Commission under Resolution #P.C. 194-97 and #P.C. 195-97 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council subject to the resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance, and notation on the face of the CSM that the readwestern 66 feet is Included in, and encumbered as permanent open space by, the planned unit development to the west, once said planned unit development is implemented. e. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to the City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-112” diskette).
