APPROVAL TO AMEND A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR SAFEWAY PEST CONTROLS, INC., AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
S83 W18622 SATURN DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 222-97
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted to amend the building, site and operation plan for
Safeway Pest Controls, Inc., at the property located at S83 W18622 Saturn Drive, and
WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is for the addition of a 491 square foot metal shed
accessory building, and
WREAS, The accessory building would match the main building.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of the amended
building, site and operation plan for a 491 square foot metal shed accessory building for the
property located at S83 W18622 Saturn Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
BE IT FURTmR RESOLVED, That the colors of the accessory building will match the
Plan Department

colors of the main building.
