APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
ZIGNEGO COMPANY, INC., AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
THE INTERSECTION OF STH 36, CTH G AND MUSKEGO DAM ROAD

WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on October 3 1, 1997, for temporary construction
equipment storage and concrete batch plant along STH 36 for the Zignego Company, Inc., and
WHEREAS, The site is on property owned by the Wisconsin Department of
Transportation, and
WHEREAS, The site would be utilized from May 1, 1998, through December 1, 1998,
from 6 AM to 8 PM, six days a week, excluding Sundays, and
WHEREAS, Access to the site will be off STH 36 and would not utilize any City streets,
and
WHEREAS, The State is requiring the petitioner to restore the site prior to final payment.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a temporary
Building, Site and Operation Plan for a storage and concrete batch plant along STH 36 for the 0 Zignego Company, lnc. as depicted in the site plan submitted October 31, 1997 and as may be
amended by this action of the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approved site plan be kept on file the office the
Planning Department in the STH 36 Project File.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building Department review and approve
erosion control measures. Staffto receive a copy of the site restoration plan.
