RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED
SURVEY MAP CREATING A ONE (I) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE NORWAY
BUSINESS PARK, LLC PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE Vi OF SECTION 12,
TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land division was submitted by
Harold De Back for the Norway Business Park, LLC, property located at the Norway Business
Park off of USH 45 in the SE 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Norway, on October 2 1, 1997, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extratenitorid powers
of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with hture
street patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to
the Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating
a one (1) lot land division of the Norway Business Park, LLC, property, located in the SE 1/4 of
Section 12, Town of Norway. e
