PCR1997207AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 207-97 APPROVAL TO AMEND A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR THE WITKOWIAK PROPERTY LOCATED AT S72 W16373 JANESVILLE ROAD WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Lang Construction, Company, to construct a deck on the east end of the building located at S72 W16373 Janesville Road of the Witkowiak property, and WHEREAS, This property is zoned 8-3, General Business and requires Plan Commission approval under a Building, Site and Operation Plan, and WHEREAS, The structure includes a restaurant operation and a family residence, and WHEREAS. The plans to amend the site plan include a deck to serve the residence, and a dumpster enclosure for the business. WHEREAS, The location of the deck meets all the zoning requirements of the B-3 zoning e district, however, the dumpster enclosure does not. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an Amended Building, Site and Operation Plan for the property located at S72 W16373 Janesville Road for a deck and dumpster enclosure. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
