AMENDED
APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED SHARE DRIVEWAY EASEMENT
FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE
NE 'A OF SECTION 18
RESOLUTION #P.C. 204-97
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted proposing a shared driveway easement for four (4)
lots, and
WHEREAS, Four (4) lots are proposed to utilize the shared access easement to access
Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, The creation of the access easement would enhance traffic safety along the
collector street of Hillendale Drive.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the
access easement for four lots recognizing that in light of the congested nature of Hillendale Drive,
the combining of driveways serves to enhance public safety.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That common drive for the three (3) rear lots will be
located on the south flag lot.
