PCR1997203RESOLUTION #P.C. 203-97 APPROVAL OF A FIVE (5) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE WIZA PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 'h OF SECTION 8 (TAXKEY NO. 2190.994.003) WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on October 8, 1997, for a five (5) lot land division in the SW 5 of Section 8, for the Wiza property, located at W 197 S7325 Hillendale Drive, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence and requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of I10 feet and said parcels appear to meet said requirements, and WHEREAS, Access is proposed to be on Hillendale Drive and two of the proposed parcels will access City sewer as stipulated by the Public Works Committee. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a five (5) lot land division in the SW 'A of Section 8 of the Wiza property subject to grading and drainage plans being submitted for review and approval by the Public Works Committee, sewer construction plans being being submitted for review and approval by the Public Utilities Committee, and all being accomplished prior to the Certified Survey Map.
