PCR1997193RESOLUTION #P.C. 193-97 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE HEWITT PROPERTY LOCATED AT S76 W18026-18058 JANESVILLE ROAD WREAS, A sketch was submitted on September 19, 1997, for a two (2) lot land division in the SW '/4 of Section 9, for the Hewitt property, located at S76 W18026-18058 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RS-3/0ED, Suburban Residence with an Existing Development Overlay and is a current legal nonconforming parcel, and WHEREAS, There exists one single family home, a tavern with upstairs living quarters, a duplex home, and a two car garage already on the parcel's grounds, and WHEREAS, There is no lake access to the property, and WHEREAS, Access is to be off Janesville Road THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division in the SW 'A of Section 9 of the Hewitt property subject to delineation of any wetland and floodplain boundaries and prior to building permits being issued grading and drainage plans must be submitted for review and approval; all being accomplished prior to the approval of the Certified Survey Map.
