PCR19971850 I AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 185-97 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE THOMAS PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 'A SECTION 5 (SOUTHEAST CORNER OF RACINE AVENUE AND TANS DRIVE) WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted by Metropolitan Engineering, Inc., for a two (2) lot land division for the Mary P Thomas Trust property located in the SW 'A of Section 5, on September 5, 1997, WHEREAS, Sketch approval had been granted during the review for a multi-screen theater building, site and operation plan approved by the Plan Commission under Resolution #P.C. 78-97, on April 22, 1997, and WHEREAS, The zoning for the proposed parcel is B-2, Local Service Center, which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 100' feet for properties served by City sewer and said parcel appears to meet these standards, and WHEREAS, A condition of approval of the building, site and operation plan under Resolution #P.C. 78-97, limited joint access for Parcels 1 and 2 onto Racine Avenue and said access is shown THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division in the SW 114 of Section 5, of the Thomas Property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
