APPROVAL OF AN BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR WIZA INVESTMENTS AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF APOLLO DRIVE AND MERCURY DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 184-97
WHEREAS, Plans for two officdindustrial buildings were submitted by Roofing
Consultants, Ltd, for the property located in the southeast comer of Apollo Drive and Mercury
Drive, and
WHEREAS, The proposal calls for dividing the existing 2.38 acre parcel into two parcels
with each having a 12,300 square foot building and
WHEREAS, The northern parcel would have access onto Apollo Drive and the southern
parcel would have access onto Mercury Drive, and both parcels would share a combined access
drive onto Mercury Drive, and
WHEREAS, The buildings will be gray split face block structures with a charcoal accent
and angled northwest entries, both sites having similar landscaping.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of building, site and
I operation plan for two twin 12,300 square foot structures for the property located in the
southeast corner of Apollo Drive and Mercury Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That dumpster located on the eastern edge of property.
Additional landscaping to east property line approval by Staff Lighting in rear of buildings need
to be shielded. Future signage plans to be submitted to Plan Commission for approval.
