APPROVAL OF AN AMEmED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR GREG BOEHM AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
S86 W17488 WOODS ROAD
RESOLUTION #P.C. 183-97
WHEREAS, An application to replace a 40’ X 80’ storage building on the site addressed as
S86 W 17488 Woods Road was submitted by Greg Boehm on September 9, 1997, and
WHEREAS, The previous building was an accessory use to the commercial hatchery on the
site and was destroyed due to a fire, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of an amended
building, site and operation plan for a 40’ X 80 storage building for use with the commercial
hatchery subject to approval of a conditional use.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on tile in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That building will not be used for commercial purposes,
and construction equipment stored on site is used for agricultural purposes 90% of the time.
