RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
CREATING A FIVE (5) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR BOEHM CONSTRUCTION
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE % OF SECTION 16
RESOLUTION #P.C. 182-97
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a five (5) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section
16 was approved by the Plan Commission under Amended Resolution #121-97 on June 3, 1997,
and
I WHEREAS, The 30 days for recording the CSM with the County Register of Deeds has expired, re-approval by the Common Council is necessary, and I ,
! lot size of 30,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 120', and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1, Suburban Residence, which requires a minimum
WHEREAS, The said configuration would meet size and width restrictions of the RS-1
District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed CSM substantially conforms to the sketch CSM as approved
through Amended Resolution #P.C. 49-97,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council for a Certified Survey Map for a five (5) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of
Section 16 of the Boehm Construction, Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council subject to all conditions placed in Amended Resolution #P.C. 121-97 and the
resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City
Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance,
and substantial compliance to the approved sketch CSM as represented in the approved Amended
Resolution #P.C. 49-97
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to
the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon selling parcel 1, or parcels 2,3 and 4, no
Building Permits will be issued until the fish pond access road has been moved.
