PCR1997181RESOLUTION #P.C. 181-97 APPROVAL OF A CONCEPTUAL REVIEW OF A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR MUSKEG0 MOOSE LODGE AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S86 W21695 IANESVILLE ROAD WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by the Muskego Moose Lodge to place a 7,500 square foot multi-purpose facility at their existing site located at S86 W21695 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, This facility will replace the present lodge and horseshoe house once completed, and WHEREAS, The parcel ground’s are zoned B-2/0HS, Local Service Center with a Highway Service Overlay and is permitted use by right in the B-2 zoning district as a community service establishment commercial entertainment facility, and WHEREAS, It appears additional parking may be necessary, a more thorough landscape and site plan will be required, parking will need to include 2 spaces for every 100 feet of primary floor area, a lighting and signage plan will be required and the building must maintain a minimum 40 foot setback from the Janesville Road ultimate right-of-way and a minimum of 30 feet from the eastern property line. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of a conceptual review of a building, site and operation plan for the Muskego Moose Lodge. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That finalized plans addressing all the above stated issues must be submitted to the Plan Commission for review as an Amendment to a Building, Site and Operation Plan. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
