APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR FOREST HOME ENTERPRISES AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
S63 W I3 187 JANESVILLE ROAD
RESOLUTION #P.C. 175-97
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted to convert an existing, commercial two (2) tenant
residence located at S63 W13187 Janesville Road into a multi-tenant salon by Forest Home
Enterprises on August 22, 1997, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2/00S, Suburban Residence with an Office and
Specialty Service Overlay, and
WHEREAS, The OOS, overlay permits individual or limited office, professional and
specialty service uses where such use would maintain the basic character of the underlying use,
and
WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to tie together the two existing ofice spaces and
combine and alter the garage into one unified multi-tenant salon and also expand the parking
area at the rear of the property. e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of an amended
building, site and operation plan for a multi-tenant salon for the property located at S63 W13187
Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans submitted on October 14,
1997, be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to
landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by
the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
