RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR ONE (I) LOT FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 LOCATED IN THE
NW 54 OF SECTION 10
(PROPOSED LIBRARY SITE, TAX KEY NO. 2198.979)
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted by the City of Muskego of one (1)
lot located in the NW 'h of Section 10, on August 22, 1997, and
WHEREAS, This is an existing legal conforming lot under the B-2, Local Service Center
District, and
WHEREAS, This lot will be service by City Sewer and Water, and
WHEREAS, This lot has access onto Janesville Road and a cross access agreement with
the parcel immediately west of the parcel, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Certified
Survey Map for the City of Muskego for the property located in the NW '/4 of Section 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City 0 Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3)
of the Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to
the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
