PCR1997172e AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 172-97 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING A FOUR (4) LOT LAND DIVISION FOR THE RAE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 14 (TAX KEY NO. 2214.994) WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted by Elke Rae for a four (4) lot land division at the property addressed as W1S2 S794S Mystic Drive, located in the NW % of Section 14, on August 22, 1997, WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence, which requires a minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 220 feet for nonsewered lots and a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 110 feet for sewered lots. and WHEREAS, The proposed southern three parcels appear to meet the minimum standards for a sewered RS-2 lot, and the proposed northern parcel appears to meet the minimum square footage standards for a nonsewered RS-2 lot. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Certified Survey Map for a four (4) lot land division in the NW 1/4 of Section 14 of the Rae Property as 0 represented by the Proposed Land Split “Petitioner’s C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, submittal and approval of grading and drainage plans prior to issuing anyBuilding Permits, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2” diskette).
