PCR19971710 RESOLUTION #P.C. 171-97 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION SKETCH FOR THE LANGNESS PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 'A OF SECTION 8 (TAXKEYNO. 2191.999.001) WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted on August 1, 1997, for a two (2) lot land division in the SW 'A of Section 8, for the property of Robert Langness, located at S75 W20153 Field Drive, and WHEREAS, Said property is located outside of the sewer service boundaries and is currently zoned R-I, Country Home which requires a minimum lot size of80,OOO square feet and a minimum lot width of 200 feet, and said lots appear to meet the area requirements but width is questionable, and WHEREAS. Access is to be of Field Drive THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division in the SW % of Section 8 of the Langness property subject to delineation of any wetland and floodplain boundaries and prior to building permits being issued grading and drainage plans must be submitted for review and approval; all being accomplished prior to the approval of the Certified Survey Map.
