CONCEPTUAL APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION
PLAN FOR H & C PROPERTIES, LLC., AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
S73 W16458 JANESVILLE ROAD
(OFFICE BUILDING NEXT TO CARRIAGE HOUSE AUTOMOTIVE)
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Hank H. Goetzinger for outdoor storage of
recreational vehicles (i.e. motorhomes, camper trailers, boat trailers, utility trailers, etc.) at the
property addressed at S73 W16458 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The stated address has a fence enclosed, paved vacant area behind the office
building that accesses to Bay Lane, and
I WHEREAS, Previously, this area was used for the storage of water craft vehicles, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 8-4 and RS-2, and the portion proposed for outdoor
storage is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence, and commercial outdoor storage is not a permitted
use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the conceptual
amendment to the building, site and operation plan for the outdoor storage of recreational
vehicles subject to the rezoning of the property to a B-4, Highway Business, combination of all
three lots by way of CSM, and the installation of wood fence to surround storage area. 1 0
