PCR1997164RESOLUTION #P.C. 164-97 APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR BOLDT DEVELOPMENT, COW., FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W168 S7450 PARKLAND DRIVE (ST LUKE’S MUSKEGO HEALTH CARE CENTER) WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved of a building, site and operation plan for an office building at W168 S7450 Parkland Drive for Boldt Development Cop., under Amended Resolution #P.C. 206-96, on October 15, 1996, and WHEREAS, A condition of approval was that a complete sign package be brought forth to the Plan Commission prior to application for permits, and WHEREAS, On August 8, 1997, a complete sign package was submitted, and WHEREAS, The plans included a 66 square foot monument sign to be located along Janesville Road on the northern end of the site, and two, 14 square foot directional signs along Parkland Drive, and WHEREAS, Per the sign ordinance in the Zoning Code, a maximum of 65 square feet of identification signage is permitted, and directional signage size is to be determined by the Plan Commission for appropriateness, and e WHEREAS, The location of the identification sign requires the removal of five individual trees and relocation of two additional trees along the vision area of the sign, and I WHEREAS, All seven trees altered have been relocated along the northern end of the property. I THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of the amended building, site and operation plan for a maximum 65 square foot identification sign, two fourteen square foot directional signs and an amendment to the original landscaping plan for the property located at W I68 S7450 Parkland Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
