AMENDED
RESOLUTION #P.C. 160-97
APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR BERG CONSTRUCTION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
W188 S7820-7830 RACm AVENUE
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved of two 12,000 square foot professional
office buildings to be located at the northeast end of the comer of Racine Avenue and Janesville
Road under Resolution #P.C. 35-97, on March 4, 1997, and
WHEREAS, The plans submitted indicated a two (2) phase project, with the south most
building being constructed first, and
WHEREAS, On August 7, 1997, the petitioner applied to request to begin the second
phase of this project, but only place the foundation down for the north building and not begin
construction until a latter date, and
WHEREAS, The application submitted also included an extension of the decorative fence
required along the east property line to the south property line.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approve of the beginning of
Phase 2, by allowing the placement of the foundation slab for the north building and actual
construction beginning at a date no latter than June I, 1998, and the extension of a decorative
fence along the south lot line. If after June 1, 1998 above grade construction has not commenced,
foundation must be covered, seeded and mulched and the City will retain sufficient monies from
existing Letter of Credit to cover expenses.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all other conditions of approval as detailed in
Resolution #P.C. 35-97 shall remain in full force and effect.
