APPROVAL OF AMENDED CONDITIONS OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
FOR SALVATORE FERRITO AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
W140 S9341 BOXHORNDRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 159-97
WHEREAS, On February 6, 1997 the Plan Commission approved of a Certified Survey
Map for a three (3) lot land division for Salvatore Ferrito for the property located in the SE '/a of
Section 23, at W140 S9341 Boxhom Drive, and
WHEREAS, A condition of approval and statement placed on the Certified Survey Map
was that a 491 square foot accessory structure be removed from Parcel 2 and place onto Parcel 3
within six (6) months of approval, and
WHEREAS, To date, said structure has not been removed, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is asking to keep the 49 I square foot accessory structure and
tie Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 into one lot, and
WHEREAS, Both lots combined would total 119,700 square feet, allowing 1,197 square
feet of accessory buildings, in which parcel 1 and 2 combined total 1,653 square feet currently
exists. a THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves only a maximum of
1,197 square feet of accessory buildings for Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 combined and excess square
footage be removed within 60 days of approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That petitioner will have 120 days to remove the
building from site.
