APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR LEE DELANEY AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
S84 W 18590- 18622 ENTERPRISE DRIVE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 158-97
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved of a Building, Site and Operation Plan for a
multi-tenant facility in the Muskego IndustriaVBusiness Park at the property located at S84
W18590-18622 Enterprise Drive under Amended Resolution #P.C. 84-95, on June 6, 1995, and
WHEREAS, A condition of approval was a landscape plan dated (received) May 26,
1995, that included two berms along Enterprise Drive that included eight purple-leaf sandchenies,
twelve sea-green junipers, and sixteen gold-flame spirea, and
WHEREAS, On May 20, 1997, the petitioner unsuccessfully requested relief from a
landscape bond submitted to the Plan Commission under miscellaneous business, and
WHEREAS, On July 30, 1997, Plans were submitted to formally amend the approved
building, site and operation plan, by modifying the approved landscape plan under Resolution
#P.C. 84-95, and replace the two stated berms with two flowering crab trees.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Plan Commission approves of the amended
budding, site and operation plan with the elimination of the two landscaped berms and replaced
with two flowering crab trees.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in
this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
THEREFORE BE RESOLVED, That berms will be removed and replaced with maple
trees planted to street tree standards (50 feet spacing).
