PCR1997156WHEREAS, A sketch for a two (2) lot land division was submitted on July 25, 1997, to divide property in the hW 55 of Section 21 by Larry Stefaniak, and WHEREAS, The property grounds of the proposed land division are zoned B-1, Neighborhood Convenience, requiring a minimum lot size of 30,000 square feet and a minimum lot width of 150 feet and both proposed lots appear to meet the requirements, and WHEREAS, Street access is proposed to be via a shared driveway onto Woods Road, and WHEREAS, Both can be serviced by City sewer and water found in the right-of-way of Woods Road.
