(WESTERN TERMINUS OF ENTERPRISE DRIVE)
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Glen A. Schopf for a road vacation along the
western terminus of Enterprise Drive on July 25, 1997, and
WHEREAS, The proposed plan called that approximately 135 feet of a 72 foot road right-
I of-way may be divided in half, with the northern half being part of the petitioner's property, and

the southern half part of the property to the south, and
WHEREAS, Any future extension of Enterprise Drive is highly unlikely as the removal of
two existing residential structures would be necessary as well as the purchase of right-of-way to
connect an established residential neighborhood to an industrial park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to
the Common Council of the City of Muskego for the road vacation of the property located at the
western terminus of Enterprise Drive in the SE 'h of Section 17
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That pending City Attorney review, financial
compensation may be required to be paid to the City by the petitioner and the property owner to
the south for that portion of the vacated right-of-way to be coming under private control.
