RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL BY THE PLAN COMMISSION OF AN
EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING A FOUR (4) LOT LAND
DIVISION FOR THE NORWAY BUSINESS PARK, LLC., PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE SE 114 OF SECTION 12 TOWN OF NORWAY

WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a four (4) lot land division was submitted by
American Surveying Company, Inc., for the Norway Business Park, LLC., located in the SE 114
of Section 12, Town ofNorway, on July 9, 1997, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers
of the City ofMuskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with future
street patterns of the City ofMuskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town ofNorway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jursidiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to
the Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating
a four (4) lot land division of the Norway Business Park, LLC., property, located in the SE 114 of
Section 12, Town ofNorway. e
