PCR1997143e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, Plan Commission finds that the proposed marketing center in a model home to be located in Lot 10 of the Champions Village Subdivision constitutes a non-substantial change to the OPD of Country Club Villages and upon a concurrent finding by the Common Council, the proposed marketing center is hereby approved, and that all appropriate permits be applied for at the Building Department. AMENDED RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO AMEND THE OPD OF CHAMPIONS VILLAGE OF COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGES FOR A COMMUNITY MARKETING CENTER IN A MODEL HOME BY LAKESIDE HOMES, INC., FOR BURKE PROPERTIES RESOLUTION #P.C. 143-97 WHEREAS, A request for a community marketing center in a model home was submitted by Lakeside Homes, Inc., to be located in Lot 10 ofthe Champions Village Subdivision, and WHEREAS, Champions Village Subdivision is part of the Country Club Villages Planned Development, and WHEREAS, Lakeside Homes, Inc., is the primary developer of the subdivision, and WHEREAS, The proposed Community Marketing Center will be located in the garage of an existing model home and would have to meet all necessary building code requirements. WHEREAS, Only temporary occupancy will be issued to the subject home until the marketing center is eliminated, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must determine if the proposed amendment is considered a substantial or non-substantial change to the OPD of Country Club Villages. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will review this issue every two years until such time as a model home will no longer be needed.
