PCR1997142RESOLUTION #P.C. 142-97 APPROVAL OF A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION SKETCH SUBMITTED BY MARVIN AND GLORIA PELLMANN AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE 54 OF SECTION 26 (TAX KEY NO. 2264.998) WHEREAS, A sketch for a two (2) lot land division was submitted on June 30, 1997, to divide property in the SE % of Section 26 by Marvin and Gloria Pellmann, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned Agricultural, requiring a minimum lot size of 120,000 square feet and a minimum lot width of 300 feet and both proposed lots appear to meet the necessary requirements, and WHEREAS, Access is proposed to be off a shared access point on Loomis Road (S.H. 36), that will be accessed off an easement by the parcel on the east, and WHEREAS, Both parcels are located outside the City's sewer service boundaries and no evidence of suitability for on sight sanitary disposal has been provided. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land division as depicted on the sketch submitted on June 30, 1997, for the property located in the SE % of Section 26 for the Pellmann property subject to the delineation of wetland and floodplain areas and the submittal and approval of grading plans by the Public Works Committee, submittal of evidence indicating that subject lands are suitable for on site sanitary disposal, and submittal of approval by Wis DOT and WEPCO of allowing two residences to utilize the eastern access point.
