RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL BY THE PLAN COMMlSSION OF AN
EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING A ONE (1) LOT LAND
DIVISION FOR HAROLD E. KU" AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED
THE NE 114 AND NW 114 OF SECTION 13 TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land division was submitted by
American Surveying Company, Inc., for the Kumm farm on Six Mile Road, located in them 114
and the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Town ofNorway, on July 1, 1997, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers
of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with future
street patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town ofNorway must also approve of all land divisions within their
jursidiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to
the Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map creating
a one (1) lot land division of the Kumm property, located in the NE 1/4 and NW 1/4 of Section
13, Town of Norway. e
