APPROVAL OF A SKETCH CREATING A TWO (2) LOT LAND
RECONFIGURATION/EXPANSION IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 16 BY INTERSTATE
TOOL & ENGWEERING
(S8 1 W 18636 GEMINI DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A sketch for a two (2) lot land reconfiguration and expansion was submitted
on June 11, 1997, by Interstate Tool & Engineering, and
WHEREAS, Said reconfiguration and expansion includes lot 5, block 2 of the Muskego
Industrial Park addressed as S80 W18753 Apollo Drive and lot 8, Block 2 of the Muskego
Industrial Park addressed as SSO W18636 Gemini Drive, and
WHEREAS, Lot 5, Block 8 will be increased by 26,000 square feet with an expansion of
100' X 260' on the south end of the parcel and Lot 8, Block 2 will be reduced by an equal
amount on the north end of the parcel, and
WHEREAS, The zoning of both properties is 1-1, Industrial Park which requires a
minimum lot size of 40,000 square feet with an average minimum width of 150 feet, and said
parcels will remain in conformance with said zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified
Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot land redivisiodexpansion as depicted on the 0 sketch submitted on June 11, 1997, for the property located in the NW '/4 of Section 16 for
Interstate Tool and Engineering.
BE IT FURTHER FESOLVED,That any wetland and floodplain areas must be delilneated
and a grading plan must be submitted and approved by the Public Works Committee. Wetlands to
be delineated by the Army Corps of Engineers, DNR or SEWRF'C. Flood plain to be located and
delineated by a registered surveyor
