PCR1997131RESOLUTION #P.C. 131-97 CONCEPTUAL REVIEW FOR A KENNEL FOR THE GLLLESPIE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S75 W20755 FIELD DRIVE (CARL & JUDY WAMSER) WHEREAS, The attorney firm of Croen & Barr and realtor Dave Birkle, agents for Carl and Judy Wamser, have submitted a request for a conceptual review to permit a dog kennel for six to twelve adult dogs at the Gillespie property located at S75 W20755 Field Drive, and WHEREAS, The property is currently zoned RCE Country Estates as well as all neighboring properties, a district in which dog kennels are not a permitted use, and WHEREAS, The property would need to be rezoned A-Agricultural and a conditional use applied for in order for a dog kennel to be permitted. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission finds that the proposal, to rezone the property at S75 W20755 Field Drive from RCE Country Estate to A-Agricultural so that a Conditional Use Permit may be applied for to operate a dog kennel, is considered spot zoning and as such is not permitted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. That the conceat as oresented bv Croen & Barr and Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted for Disapproval 06- 17-97 Denied Deferred 06-09-97
