APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGNS AND STAND FOR SALE OF
AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S95 W12575 LOOMIS ROAD
(SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SH 36 AND USH 45)
FIREWORKS FOR HEATHER MLTENTE-SIEGEL OF US SALES SPECIALISTS
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Heather Muente-Siege1 of US Sales and
Specialists, to locate a temporary sales tent and signs advertising the sale of fireworks, and
WHEREAS, One 20’ x 20’ tent will be located at the southeast comer of SH 36 (Loomis
Road) and USH 45 (North Cape Road) and contain two (2). 2’ x 8’ overhead banner signs on
both street sides, and
WHEREAS, Fireworks sales were operated at this location last year, and
WHEREAS, The dates and the hours of operation will be:
-June 20th through July 5th from 9:OO a.m. until 9:OO p.m
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the request for
temporary signs and stand at the southeast corner of SH 36 and USH 45 for fireworks sales for
Heather Muente-Siege1 of US Sales Specialists., subject to the above conditions. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That an electrical permit and inspection will be required
by the Building Inspection Department for any electricity hookup.
