APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED BUILDrNG, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
FOR ONE STORY TENANT BUILDING FOR JIM HAAG AT THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT S76 W17603
WHEREAS, Plans for a one story tenant office building was submitted by Vandom, Ltd.,
at the property located at S76 W17603 Janesville Road on May 23, 1997, and
WHEREAS, Currently, a one story ofice building exist along Janesville Road on the north
end of the property, and
WHEREAS, The plans submitted indicate a one story, 1,200 square foot, detached tenant
oftice building on the south end of the parcel, and
WHEREAS, The new office shall match all the construction materials and colors of the
existing offices and doors, windows, wall height, and roof pitch are all designed to match the
existing oftice as close as possible.
THEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the amended
building, site and operation plan submitted (received May 23, 1997) by Vandom, Ltd., for a one
story tenant building at the property located at S76 W17603 Janesville Road. a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and drainage shall be
maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if occupancy is requested prior to the completion of
landscaping and/or asphalting, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to twice the value of
said costs must be submitted to the Planning Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this approval
shall result in the imposition of tines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That additional shrubbery be located at the rear of the
lot. Location of the building and lighting be approved by Planning Staff; Public Works
Department approve grading and drainage plans prior to issuance of Building Permits.
