RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
CREATING A FIVE (5) LOT LAND DIVISION SUBMITTED BY
BOEHM CONSTRUCTION AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
SE '/i OF SECTION 16
RESOLUTION #P.C. 121-97
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on February 26, 1997, for a five (5) lot land division
in the SE 1/4 of Section 16 and approved by the Plan Commission on April 1, 1997, under
Amended Resolution #P.C. 49-97. and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-I, Suburban Residence, which requires a minimum
lot size of 30,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 120', and
WHEREAS, The said configuration would meet size and width restrictions of the RS-I
District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed CSM substantially conforms to the sketch CSM as approved
through Amended Resolution #P.C. 49-97
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Certified
Survey Map for a five (5) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 16 of the Boehm
Construction, Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning
Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the
Land Division Ordinance, and substantial compliance to the approved sketch CSM as represented
in the approved Amended Resolution #P.C. 49-97
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to
the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the unplatted lands be shown on Certified Survey
Map. No building permits will be issued for parcel 1 until existing driveway access to the fish
ponds are moved to adjoin property to the south. The wetland to side and front yard offsets
must be shown.
