PCR1997120AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 120-97 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING A TWO (2) LOT LAND DIVISION SUBMITTED BY SE '/4 OF SECTION 5 VID-COM ENGINEERING, INC., AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE sw WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on April 10, 1997, for a two (2) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 and approved by the Plan Commission on May 5, 1997, under Resolution #P.C. 80-97, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-I, Suburban Residence, which requires a minimum lot size of 30,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 120'. and WHEREAS, The said configuration would meet size and width restrictions of the RS-1 District, and WHEREAS, It has been agreed to by all parties that 60 foot diameter temporary cul-de-sac will be constructed at the end of the Adrian Drive dedication. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 of the Vid-Com 0 Engineering, Inc., Property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the Common Council subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the Land Division Ordinance. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the 60 foot diameter temporary cul-de-sac shall be approved by the Public Works Committee and constructed prior to the issuance of any occupancy permits for Parcels 1 and 2 of this CSM. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proposed right-of-way extension be removed and the cul-de-sac easement remains temporary Plan Commission City of Muskego I Approved 06-03-97 Deferred 05-27-97
